100% REMOTE WORK & FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING
Being remote, we wear many hats and juggle many tasks. Sockeye is committed to a flexible workspace and as such permits flexibility by allowing employees to expand individual work hours to permit earlier or later arrivals and departures, subject to approval.

Summary of Benefits
Paid 80% by Sockeye. Low deductible plan available and paid 70% by Sockeye. Medical is offered through Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). Three (3) medical plans to choose from to include an HSA compatible plan.*
Paid 80% by Sockeye. VSP provides a vision exam, eyeglass lenses, and contact lenses (in lieu of glasses) every 12 months and frames every 24 months. Pediatric vision coverage is offered through the medical plan for children under age 19.
BASIC LIFE INSURANCE & AD&D
Paid 100% by Sockeye. Additional group life insurance available and may voluntarily purchase additional amounts. Must be enrolled in supplemental life to purchase life insurance for your spouse or child.
Provided on a semi-monthly accrual basis throughout the year and based upon paid hours of 2080 per year. 10 days for 0-2 years, 15 days for 3-5 years, 20 days for 5+ years.
COMMUNITY SERVICE DAY
One (1) day paid for completing community service per year to give back to our communities.
For AICPA and related federal, state society dues upon approval.
Sockeye assists with replacement or upgrading of essential hardware, accessories, or related technology devices.
To assist team members with obtaining additional courses necessary to improve and advance their career at Sockeye.
Team member praises weekly, monthly, and quarterly for their elevated work performance and outstanding services provided to team members and clients.
Incentive bonus for successful employee onboarding.
Paid 80% by Sockeye. Offered through Premera BCBS. Currently this is an adult Only Dental Plan. Pediatric dental coverage is offered through the medical plan for children under age 19.
Eligible to participate immediately and will be eligible for the 401(k) match on July 1 or January 1 after completing one (1) year of employment. Sockeye discretionary match is up to 4% of employee contribution. May contribute pre-tax, after-tax, and Roth.
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, Birthday.
CATCH & RELEASE PROGRAM
Employee wellness program where team members receive one (1) Friday off per month. There is a vesting period; new employees are eligible to receive partial benefits starting after Introductory Period (90 days).
Allowed to distribute funds into six (6) accounts.
Monthly allowance towards the use of high-speed internet and cell phone plan.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Sockeye provides professional and confidential services for a variety of personal, family, life, and work-related issues.
Incentive bonus for successful client onboarding.
Sockeye projects a professional image and uses business casual dress code. "Casual Fridays" consist of more relaxed work attire when not client-facing.
