Responsible for supporting clients continued success through managing customer improvement projects. This position will include scoping, designing, and delivering solutions with high customer satisfaction and successful customer adoption.

The Applications Support Consultant manages support, improvement, and delivery of the Sockeye Shareholder Management System. Responsibilities include assisting ANC clients, contributing to future releases, providing training, and supporting other deployed applications/solutions.

The Account Executive (AE) crafts tech solutions for clients, blending sales passion with knowledge of Sockeye's tech and contracts. They collaborate on demos, sales, and process refinement.

Responsible for providing exceptional support for our existing customer base and lead new Sage Intacct implementations. This is a client-facing role that requires a deep knowledge of ERP solutions
