100% REMOTE WORK & FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING
Being remote, we wear many hats and juggle many tasks. Sockeye is committed to a flexible workspace and as such permits flexibility by allowing employees to expand individual work hours to permit earlier or later arrivals and departures, subject to approval.

Summary of Benefits
Sockeye is proud to contract with TriNet, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), that provides small to medium-sized businesses with full-service HR solutions, including access to premium benefits, HR expertise, risk mitigation, payroll services, and more that supports both the employer and their employers.
MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION
Paid 80% by Sockeye up to a certain amount of the premium monthly depending on elected coverage. Health benefit plans available are based on employee location. Choosing to opt out of a medical plan? Sockeye provides a reimbursement amount of $300/month with eligibility to still opt into dental and vision plans, as well as other voluntary or supplemental insurance.
GROUP TERM LIFE INSURANCE & AD&D
Paid 100% by Sockeye. Additional group life insurance available and may voluntarily purchase additional amounts. Must be enrolled in supplemental life to purchase life insurance for your spouse or child.
401(K)
Eligible to participate immediately and will be eligible for the 401(k) match. Sockeye discretionary match is up to 4% of employee contribution. May contribute pre-tax, after-tax, and Roth.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Sockeye, with TriNet, provides professional and confidential services for a variety of personal, family, life, and work-related issues.
PTO
Paid time off using the hours per hour accrual method will provide employees accrued time off with each on-cycle semi-monthly payroll. The number of hours provided is dependent on the number of service hours the employee is eligible for. Generally, 10 days for 0-2 years, 15 days for 3-4 years, 20 days for 4+ years.
COMMUNITY SERVICE DAY
One (1) day paid for completing community service per year to give back to our communities.
INTERNET/CELL PHONE
Monthly allowance towards the use of high-speed internet and cell phone plan.
EDUCATIONAL/TUITION ASSISTANCE
For development and educational efforts associated with continuing education courses. Sockeye can assist team members with obtaining additional courses necessary to improve and advance their career at Sockeye.
TECHNOLOGY REIMBURSEMENT
Sockeye assists with replacement or upgrading of essential hardware, accessories, or related technology devices.
RECOGNITION PROGRAMS
Team member praises weekly, monthly, and quarterly for their elevated work performance and outstanding services provided to team members and clients.
CATCH & RELEASE PROGRAM
Employee wellness program where team members receive one (1) Friday off per month. There is a vesting period; new employees are eligible to receive partial benefits starting after Introductory Period (90 days).
DIRECT DEPOSIT
Allowed to distribute funds into 10 accounts.
HOLIDAYS
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, Birthday.
CLIENT REFERRALS
Incentive bonus for successful client onboarding.
EMPLOYEE REFERRALS
Incentive bonus for successful employee onboarding.
DRESS CODE
Sockeye projects a professional image and uses business
casual dress code. "Casual Fridays" consist of more relaxed
work attire when not client-facing.
