Gina Tang

Gina Tang joins Sockeye as a Junior Support Analyst, focusing on post-implementation support and service. In her role, Gina is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs, resolving issues promptly, and utilizing advanced technology to enhance the overall experience. In a previous role as an administrative assistant at a dental office, she successfully implemented a new scheduling software system, reducing conflicts and enhancing patient satisfaction, showcasing her commitment to improving operational efficiency.

Outside of work, Gina enjoys video games, which help her unwind and challenge herself. She has developed valuable skills in teamwork, adaptability, and perseverance through gaming and finds inspiration and creativity in the immersive worlds and storytelling they offer.
