ERP Project Manager

Reports to: ERP Team Lead

Supervises: None

Job Status: Full-Time, Regular

FLSA Status: Exempt

The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for delivering high quality implementation projects with high customer satisfaction. This position will manage multiple simultaneous projects, monitoring scope, budget, and project timeline. The ERP Project Manager works well independently and on a team. This candidate will be expected to communicate effectively, openly, and in a timely manner with team members, management, and clients.

Technical Functions

  • Collaborate with teams and customers to implement ERP software using Sockeye’s methodology, driving on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.
  • Manage workload on multiple projects simultaneously (5-9).
  • Demonstrate expertise in project coordination and knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Build and maintain project plans and work with project lead (or specialized consultants) to coordinate resourcing on individual project tasks.
  • Create status reports and run client status calls highlighting upcoming and overdue tasks.
  • Convey project status to clients along with identifying changes to schedule and scope.
  • Identify risks and monitor through necessary escalation channels.
  • Any additional assignments as requested by management.

Leadership Functions:

  • Participates in interview process for potential new employees.
  • Contributes to the mentorship, training, and onboarding process of team members.
  • Manage resourcing within assigned projects.


  • 2-4 years of experience in project management of ERP/Financial applications or other SaaS solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree or greater
  • Strong knowledge of operational and accounting processes/principles
