ERP Project Coordinator
The ERP Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and assisting project managers in organizing and executing projects with high customer satisfaction. This position will monitor project plans, schedules, scope, and budgets and participate in stakeholder meetings. The ERP Project Coordinator works well independently and on a team. This candidate will be expected to communicate effectively, openly, and in a timely manner with team members, management, and clients.

Technical Functions:
- Collaborate with teams and customers to implement ERP software using Sockeye's methodology, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.
- Manage workload on multiple projects simultaneously
- Convey project status to clients along with identifying changes to schedule and scope.
- Demonstrate expertise in project coordination and knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Coordinate internal and client project team meetings.
- Identify risks and monitor through necessary escalation channels.
- Create status reports and run client status calls highlighting upcoming and overdue tasks.
- Any additional assignments as requested by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or greater in a related field of study.
- PMP, CAPM, or Other Project Management certifications a plus.
- 1+ years in project coordination.
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct a plus.
Other Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working on Sage Intacct implementation projects
- Operational knowledge of the construction industry
