Kathy Thompson joins Sockeye as an ERP Business Consultant, where she will be delivering software solutions and supporting projects to ensure high customer satisfaction and successful adoption. With a strong background in Construction Accounting, Kathy's expertise and values align with Sockeye’s mission, setting her apart in this role.One of her biggest accomplishments was improving the financial close process at her previous job, reducing the time to close from six months to just three weeks across multiple companies and business units.

Outside of work, Kathy enjoys baking and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
