Rebecca Polasik
Project Management Lead
In her role as a Project Management Lead, Rebecca is responsible for managing project scopes and timelines. She also assists Sockeye consultants to ensure projects are completed on time and customers achieve success. She brings an extensive history of building strong relationships with customers to her Sockeye role.
Out of the office:
When it’s time to relax, Rebecca enjoys knitting and playing video games. “I like to knit things to keep my family warm, and I like to play mostly role-playing games like Dragon Age, Mass Effect, and Assassin’s Creed,” she says.
She also enjoys quilting and camping and hiking with family and friends in the Rocky Mountains.

Rebecca has extensive project management experience, both in working with internal teams and with clients. Her work has resulted in continuous improvements throughout multiple organizations.
“At one of my previous positions I increased the efficiency and return of our NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey process from a spreadsheet and manual email process to a process fully embedded and automated within NetSuite,” she says as an example.
