Nora Shanawany

Nora helps Sockeye customers get more added-value from Sage Intacct. After implementation, she builds strong relationships with client teams in an effort to find non-obvious efficiencies and opportunities to optimize, all while providing support and guidance. Nora makes sure that clients get the most out of their software.

In just two years, Nora has solved over 1,000 Sage Intact support cases and contributed to over 100 Knowledge Articles in the Sage Intacct Community Portal.

Out of the office:

Nora has spent over 10 years volunteering to foster and rehome feral cats. When she’s not helping her feline friends, she loves to crochet blankets, paint, and bake.
