Kramer uses his experience in IT project management, accounting, consulting, and troubleshooting to provide pre/post implementation guidance and support for customers. His aptitude and dedication to service helps him develop a deep understanding of our customer’s needs. Kramer’s dual skill set in IT and accounting ensures that Sockeye clients get the ongoing support they need, when they need it.
When he’s not at work:
Kramer is a dedicated husband and father. When he’s not solving the world’s problems at work, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and being a handyman around his home.

In the past, Kramer implemented new tech for high-profile healthtech companies, as well as migrating their ERP systems to entirely new companies. He accomplished this by coupling his communication skills, IT experience, and his background in accounting to find solutions for complex problems across multiple platforms.
